বাতিল এবং ফেরতের নীতি

আমরা https://maimunshop.com থেকে বিক্রি করা ফিজিক্যাল পণ্যের জন্য ৭  দিনের রিপ্লেসমেন্ট গ্যারান্টি প্রদান করি, তবে বাক্স বা প্যাকেট অক্ষত থাকতে হবে।
✅ পণ্য গ্রহণের পরে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে রিপ্লেসমেন্টের অনুরোধ জানাতে হবে।
✅ পণ্যের অবশ্যই বাতিলকরণ এর অনুরোধ কেবলমাত্র পণ্যের লাভের কারণে প্রযোজ্য।
ফেরতের শর্তাবলী:
✅ ক্রয়ের প্রমাণ অর্ডার নম্বর, ইনভয়েস, ইত্যাদি আবশ্যক।
✅ পণ্য অব্যবহৃত, অন্তত নায়ক, সাঁতার হয়নি, এবং কোনো ত্রুটি ছাড়াই থাকতে হবে।
✅ পণ্যের সাথে মূল ট্যাগ, ব্যবহারকারী ম্যানুয়াল, ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ড, ফ্রিবি এবং অ্যাক্সেসরিজ সহ থাকতে হবে।
পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়ার বৈধ কারণগুলি:
✅ ভুল পণ্য পাঠানো হয়েছে।
✅ ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য পাঠানো হয়েছে।
✅ কমপক্ষে অংশ সহ পণ্য পাঠানো হয়েছে।
✅ ওয়েবসাইটে ভুল তথ্য দেওয়া হয়েছে।

পণ্যের বাতিলকরণ এবং রিফান্ড:

আপনার পণ্য যদি রিফান্ডের যোগ্য হয়, তবে আপনি আপনার পছন্দমত রিফান্ড পদ্ধতি নির্বাচন করতে পারেন, যেমন: বিকাশ, রকেট  বা ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্ট।
